We’re a team of doctors and biomedical scientists on a mission to make medication easier for the people who need it most.
With years of clinical and scientific experience, we’ve seen firsthand the daily challenges that come with living with chronic illness—small tasks that quickly become exhausting, and routines that take a toll on independence and dignity.
That’s why we created TargEye: to remove one more barrier in your day.
By making eye drop use simpler and more reliable, we hope to ease the burden of treatment - and help users feel more like themselves again.

I’m Richard, co-founder of TargEye. I am the Finance Lead and Operations Lead at TargEye. From early conversations with ophthalmology professionals at Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham to leading our quality and operations strategy, I’ve been committed to ensuring our solution is both medically sound and deeply human. I’m passionate about using innovation to bridge gaps in accessibility and care.
Dr Mugilarasi Raghunathan
I'm Mugil, co-founder of TargEye. I am the Clinical & Regulatory Lead, Focus Group Lead and Future Innovation Lead at TargEye. I'm a doctor with a passion not just for treating illness, but for making life with chronic conditions easier to manage every day. I'm deeply interested in how innovation can transform the way we approach long-term care and help patients reclaim their time, independence, and sense of self.
Manmohanjit Sandhu
I'm Manmohanjit, co-founder of TargEye. I lead product development, commercial strategy, and future innovation at TargEye, where I focus on creating practical, impactful solutions that drive business growth. I'm passionate about thoughtful design, purposeful technology, and solving problems through collaboration. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new ideas and embracing new experiences.
